Mount Buller Gravity / DH trails upgrade
Starting in the snow in mid November 2021, the TrailScapes team started rejuvenating Mount Buller’s old favourites gravity trails including:
- Copperhead
- Abom
- International
- Outlaw
The upgrades were carried out using a couple of 1.7T excavator, going over all the trails, reshaping and repairing the tread, adding features, rerouting where necessary. The team also laid road base on large sections of trails that were prone to getting boggy. The old timber and FRP structures were inspected and upgraded as well.
The team completed the upgrades in March 2022.
